Job summary

FMC Corporation seeks an Account Manager to oversee Canadian strategic accounts and drive growth across the territory. You will work with area management to define account strategies, build effective plans, and execute day-to-day operations as part of the Canadian sales team.

The role requires 5–7 years of Western Canadian agriculture experience, strong relationship management, and a results-driven mindset. Travel within the territory is required, with 5–10% overnights expected.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Western Canadian agriculture.
• Strong presentations, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail oriented, results focused and a self-starter with strong follow up skills.
• CCA, P.Ag or similar designation an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Canadian strategic account relationships and execute day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement a robust territory sales plan to align with territory goals.
• Provide timely communication to leadership on market trends and feedback to shape strategy.
• Expand retail level relationships and coordinate with FMC organization to meet objectives.
• Forecast retail level revenue and manage expenses to maximize ROI.
