Jobgether SRL, based in Canada, seeks a senior Agile leader to maximize value and deliverability of technology teams. You will drive Scrum practices, coach teams, and align product and technical priorities with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, strategic thinking, and delivering tangible outcomes through improved velocity and predictability across multiple delivery streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent Agile delivery role within a technology environment.
• Recognized Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or an equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear visibility into delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and impacts with Product Owners.
• Establish mechanisms to improve velocity, predictability, and value creation.
• Track delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time) with stakeholders.
• Identify risks/dependencies, develop mitigation plans, remove obstacles.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to support decision-making and accountability.
• Coach teams toward autonomy, Agile maturity, and high performance.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and leaders to evolve Agile practices.
• Align technical objectives with business priorities with Product Owners.
• Coordinate dependencies across Data, AI, DevOps, Backend, and Product teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to initiative planning and prioritization to maximize value.
