Jobgether SRL in Canada is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to own software delivery from planning through release in a fully remote setup.

You will coordinate developers, QA, and business stakeholders, manage scope and timelines, and drive blockers to keep delivery on track.

This role emphasizes strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to align technical and business priorities across teams. Experience with Agile/Scrum and modern PM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional project management experience.
• Experience managing software development projects end-to-end.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and PM tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Own software projects end to end, from planning through release.
• Build and maintain delivery plans with tasks, owners, milestones and deadlines.
• Track progress, identify delays or risks, and drive recovery actions.
• Coordinate with developers and QA to resolve blockers and maintain momentum.
• Clarify requirements with stakeholders and translate into actionable tasks.
• Manage scope and change requests and communicate impact on timelines.
• Plan and coordinate software releases with readiness checks and QA alignment.
• Provide clear updates on status, risks, decisions, dependencies.
• Maintain coordination across technical and business teams to align priorities.
