Job summary

Alithya is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in Canada. You will coach Scrum practices, facilitate events, and collaborate with the Product Owner to drive the backlog and roadmap across multiple teams.

You will foster a high-performing, collaborative environment, promote continuous improvement, and ensure effective use of Atlassian tools to track progress and resolve impediments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead Scrum teams and coach Agile practices.
• Proven track record across multiple teams and large-scale delivery.
• Solid understanding of Scrum concepts and roles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events and relationships between stakeholders.
• Support teams and stakeholders to improve ways of working and maturity.
• Organize team for better performance and reduced waste.
• Foster a environment that supports skill development, teamwork and recognition.
• Expose the team to best development practices.
• Assist Product Owner with backlog prioritization and grooming.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile practices.
• Promote agility across the organization and its evolution.
• Facilitate sprint execution, track progress and clear impediments in delivery tools.
• Identify and remove impediments, escalating when needed.
