Job summary

LTIMindtree seeks an experienced Senior Scrum Master in Canada to lead Agile delivery across multiple teams and domains. You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on best practices, and remove impediments to ensure steady, high-quality product delivery.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while supporting broader Agile transformation efforts in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of IT experience with senior Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Experience leading Agile delivery teams in complex environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and Agile transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Scrum, Agile, and Lean practices; remove impediments.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure welldefined user stories and prioritized backlogs.
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, burndown charts, and Agile KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates on delivery.
• Support Agile transformation programs and organizational change initiatives.
• Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration among development, QA, architecture, DevOps, and business teams.
