• Coaches self-organization, cross-functional skills, and effective communication within and outside the Scrum Team.
• Works with stakeholders to influence decisions and support project or product teams.
• Resolves impediments with other Scrum Masters to improve Scrum effectiveness.
• Collaborates with Agile coaches to grow within the role and advance Agile practices.
