Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a senior agile coach attached to the Agile Center of Excellence to embed an agile delivery culture across multiple value streams in Canada.

You will coach roles (PO, SM, RTE, managers), measure flow with data, and help grow the CoE's service offerings, leveraging DevOps and SAFe practices.

We value demonstrated experience in large organizations, training SAFe trains, and a background in software development to connect development with delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Agile delivery modes (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, DevOps).
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Mastery of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coach people and teams (PO, SM, RTE, managers).
• Measure and improve flow using data-informed methods.
• Contribute to the CoE's service offerings and capabilities.
• Support CI/CD practices and DevOps alignment.
