Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a senior agile coach attached to the Agile Center of Excellence to embed an agile delivery culture across multiple value streams in Canada.

You will coach roles (PO, SM, RTE, managers), measure flow with data, and help grow the CoE's service offerings, leveraging DevOps and SAFe practices.

We value demonstrated experience in large organizations, training SAFe trains, and a background in software development to connect development with delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Agile delivery modes (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, DevOps).
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Mastery of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.

Overview:

• The client is looking for a senior agile coach, attached tothe Agile Center of Excellence, to embed an agile delivery culture acrossmultiple value streams.
  
• The mandate relies on the Beneva Value Creation System(BVCS), inspired by SAFe, which puts the train-level experience at the heart ofthe qualification.
  
• The role combines three aspects: coaching people and teams(PO, SM, RTE, managers), measuring and improving flow through data, andcontributing to the CoE's service offerings.
  
• The requirement for IT development experience, combined withsupport for CI/CD practices, sets this mandate apart from coach positionsfocused solely on team practices.
