Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in delivery or product roles; at least 2+ years of squad-level coaching.
• Ability to pivot between teaching, mentoring, and facilitating.
• Expert-level ability to build and interpret dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead core ceremonies into high-engagement, outcome-focused workshops.
• Implement and refine Kanban/Scrum practices.
• Use metrics to diagnose bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Coach on outcome-based prioritization and backlog excellence.
• Coordinate cross-squad syncs to resolve impeding issues.
