Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a senior agile coach attached to the Agile Center of Excellence in a role that embeds an agile delivery culture across multiple value streams. The mandate focuses on train-level facilitation, data-informed flow improvements, and contributing to the CoE's service offerings.

The ideal candidate has a background in software development, at least 3 years in this role within SAFe environments, and experience supporting SAFe trains in large organizations.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Agile delivery modes: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, DevOps.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Mastery of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
• Interpersonal skills including psychological safety, emotional intelligence, communication, influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coach POs, SMs, RTEs, and managers to embed an agile delivery culture across value streams.
• Measure and improve flow using data-driven metrics and dashboards.
• Contribute to the Agile Center of Excellence's service offerings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job description

• The client is looking for a senior agile coach, attached to the Agile Center of Excellence, to embed an agile delivery culture across multiple value streams.
  
• The mandate relies on the Beneva Value Creation System (BVCS), inspired by SAFe, which puts the train-level experience at the heart of the qualification.
  
• The role combines three aspects: coaching people and teams (PO, SM, RTE, managers), measuring and improving flow through data, and contributing to the CoE's service offerings.
  
• The requirement for IT development experience, combined with support for CI/CD practices, sets this mandate apart from coach positions focused solely on team practices.
  
• The list of interpersonal skills is extensive and mainly validated in interviews, but several elements can still be observed on the resume: train-level facilitation, influencing leadership without hierarchical authority, 'data-informed' mindset.
  
• Looking for a candidate: an agile coach with at least 3 years in this role out of 8 years of experience, who has supported one or more SAFe trains in a large organization, with a background in software development.
