Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or a senior Agile role.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and scaling models.
• Experience in organizational change and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Coach teams and leaders on Agile principles and frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops and Agile maturity assessments.
• Identify and resolve organizational impediments to Agile adoption.
• Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Implement Agile best practices and standards.
