Overview

Join Sanofi as an Agile Coach in Toronto, driving global agile transformation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor teams in adopting agile principles and behaviors.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, delivery, and outcome‑driven decision‑making.
  • Guide sustainable cadence in product development and bring agility into product discovery and hypothesis validation.
  • Leverage data to learn and make decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional product teams (PO, developers, data professionals, UX/UI) and business stakeholders to remove impediments and sustain continuous flow.
  • Drive organizational change and support teams to embrace a product mindset through their agile transformation journey.
  • Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members, promoting agile values and mindset across the organization.
  • Align agile practices with business objectives and develop best practices and templates for Agile delivery services.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of Agile CoE training packages, service offerings, and practices, and provide advice on process and structural changes at the organization level.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as an Agile Coach in complex environments.
  • Proven success coaching Product Owners and teams to scale products across multiple countries and stakeholders.
  • Track record of successful global agile transformation and domain knowledge (industry regulations, metrics, business processes).
Technical Skills
  • Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI, and application design & integration.
  • Understanding of the technology stack to guide best practices for tool selection, integration, and usage.
  • Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to highly regulated industries.
  • Strong facilitation, teaching, mentoring, and coaching skills.
  • Experience with organization design and operating model considerations.
  • Change management expertise.
Soft Skills
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and release planning for significant outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills for effective coaching and team influence.
  • Comfortable promoting a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the team.
