Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. seeks an experienced Agile Coach to drive agility at scale within a complex healthcare-oriented organization in Montreal, Canada.

You will implement and facilitate agile train events, plan program increments, and coordinate inter-team synchronizations to deliver value. You will lead governance evolution, align multiple value streams, and coach stakeholders in agile practices, using Azure DevOps and other delivery tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, management or related field.
At least 15 years of experience in information technology.
At least 5 years in an agile coach role or equivalent in agility at scale.
Experience in strategy and data exploitation in complex organizational environments.
Apply agile, hybrid, or traditional project management approaches in transformation contexts.
Knowledge of the health sector is an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead agile train events including program increment planning and inter-team synchronizations.
Support value delivery according to agility at scale principles.
Evolve governance mechanisms and organizational roadmap alignment.
Detect obstacles, dependencies and risks; coordinate their resolution.
Track performance indicators related to predictability and agile maturity.
Promote adoption of collaborative tools and train stakeholders in agile practices.
