Job summary

Greenwave is seeking an Account Executive to drive direct B2B sales in Canada. You will manage key accounts, execute sales strategies, and help scale revenue with our energy management platform Greensense. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in building operations or energy tech sales and an entrepreneurial, problem‑solving mindset.

Remote-friendly role with Canada-wide coverage; report to VP of Sales & Marketing, and collaborate with leadership to refine processes and close significant contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and account management experience.
• Experience in building operations and/or energy management preferred.
• SaaS sales experience is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective sales opportunities aligned with ICP.
• Create new opportunities via LinkedIn, email, calls, and events.
• Foster client and partner relationships to generate referrals.
• Manage pipeline from opportunity to close and deliver value.
• Collaborate on proposals, contracts, and renewals.
