Seize a unique opportunity to join our Quadrus team! Reporting to the Deputy Senior Director of the Montreal office, the Advisor Service Representative plays a key role in providing personalized support to our Quebec advisors on the policies and procedures of our mutual fund dealer, Quadrus. This position is entirely service-oriented, with no sales component.

Your responsibilities:
  1. Respond to requests from Quadrus representatives and clients via phone, fax, and email.
  2. Provide clear explanations of Quadrus processes and deliver necessary training to ensure support for encountered difficulties.
  3. Act as a liaison between Quadrus representatives, fund companies, and internal partners.
  4. Conduct thorough investigations into issues and dissatisfaction, particularly in collaboration with fund companies.
  5. Meet service quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  6. Build trust and strengthen relationships with advisors, their assistants, and internal leaders.
  7. Act with integrity and represent the company well.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Completion of the IFIC Investment Funds Course or the CSI Canadian Securities Course is an asset.
  2. Understanding of various financial products.
  3. Perseverance and tenacity in resolving client and representative concerns.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  5. Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks while respecting priorities and deadlines.
  7. Team spirit and collaboration, with high autonomy in work.
  8. Ability to react well in ambiguous situations and adapt to various circumstances.
  9. Bilingualism (French/English) required.
What we offer:

Work from our Montreal or London (Ontario) offices (hybrid work), as part of the Quebec team. The base salary ranges from $47,400.00 to $74,800.00 annually, excluding variable compensation components.
