What You Will Do:
  1. Connect with customers through various online channels (e.g., phone, email, chat) to understand their needs and provide assistance.
  2. Clearly explain our products and services and how they can benefit our customers.
  3. Guide customers through processes, answer their questions, and resolve any issues they may encounter.
  4. Build positive and helpful relationships with our customers.
  5. Work with other team members to ensure customers receive the best possible support.
  6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided in our system.
  7. Stay informed about AO Globe Life's offerings and any changes.
  8. Work towards achieving goals for customer satisfaction and efficient support.
What We Are Looking For:
  1. You communicate clearly and effectively with people.
  2. You are organized, can work independently, and are motivated to provide excellent service while working remotely.
  3. Experience in customer service or a related field is helpful but not required.
  4. You are comfortable using computers and online tools for communication and record-keeping.
  5. You are willing to obtain the required HLLQP License; support will be provided.
  6. You are legally allowed to work in Canada.
