A career as a Senior Advisor Cash Management in the Commercial Banking team at National Bank is to act as the main responsible for leading the team in the set-up and ongoing maintenance of cash management products and services including preparation, completion, administration, and distribution of documentation . This job allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your talent supporting the growth and retention of the banking centre portfolio of diversified clients, and their everyday operational banking needs.

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration : Lead Cash Management Specialists in partner in g with Bank in g Centre, Real Estate, and Equipment F in ance teams to deliver comprehensive bus in ess bank in g solutions aligned with f in ancial goals.
  • Revenue Assurance & Process Oversight : Ensure accurate fee collection and m in imize client reimbursements by oversee in g service fee programm in g, account reviews, and error prevention.
  • Client Experience Management : Promote exceptional client service by ensur in g timely and effective responses that reflect the bank’s brand promise.
  • Operational Compliance & Report in g : Ensure adherence to KYC / AML guidel in es, manage audit participation, and oversee accurate report in g and remedial project execution.
  • Market in g & CRM Engagement : Guide team in v o lvement in market in g in itiatives and ensure consistent use of CRM tools to support bus in ess development.
  • Coach in g & Development : Provide cont in uous leadership and coach in g to enhance team members’ adm in istrative and client service capabilities.

Within the Cash Management - Commercial Banking sector, you are part of a team of expert specialists' p rofessionals, reporting to the VP and Market Lead, Edmonton Downtown District . Basic requirements

  • M in imum 4 years bank in g experience of which 2 years in a bus in ess or other bank in g support and adm in istrative role.
  • Strong background in cash management, treasury management, payments, merchant services, liquidity, and in v es tment products and services.
  • Excellent knowledge of cash management products, services, service fees, and renewal terms.
  • Solid understand in g of Payment Canada Rules, knowledge of deposit and in v es tment products, and understand in g of bus in ess and cash management market knowledge
  • A passionate leader and coach who can effectively empower a team and be a role model for team performance, employee engagement, and career progression.
