We’re hiring a Non-Clinical Expert to support the strategic implementation of Ontario’s Primary Care Action Plan (PCAP), aimed at connecting 2+ million Ontarians to accessible, team-based care by 2029.

Workplace: Fully remote

Key Focus Areas:

  • Policy & Implementation Advisory: Guide the rollout of Ontario’s Primary Care Act, with a focus on equity and system-level performance.
  • Workforce Strategy: Support design of plans to re-engage and retain family physicians, including collaboration with CPSO and academic partners.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E): Develop learning systems and define data strategies to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Background:

  • 7+ years in health system policy, planning, or evaluation
  • Experience working with or advising public health systems in Canada (Ontario preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead or contribute to major healthcare transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with performance indicators (PREMs, PROMs, KPIs) and learning health systems
