About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Administrative Support to join our growing team!

Are you an energetic and agile professional with a knack for attention to details? Come join our dynamic Broker West Business Development team as a Senior Administrative Assistant! In this pivotal role, you will be working with all levels from front line staff to Executives by ensuring seamless coordination and top-notch support to drive our business forward. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about making a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do here:

  • Perform various recurring administrative tasks such as shipping of documents, equipment or correspondence, entering data, scanning or filing, requisitioning equipment or supplies, setting up workstations, etc.
  • Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
  • Transcribe data from documents or databases using standardized practices.
  • Respond to a variety of requests.
  • Support projects or new initiatives as requested.


What you bring to the table:

  • Administrative Technician or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years minimum experience working in an office environment
  • Legendary customer service and relationship building
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized and able to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and look for solutions
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn
  • Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
