Overview
BDO Canada's London-Windsor group of offices is looking for Senior Accountants to join our Assurance team and own the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements, prepare working papers, and compile financial statements, all in line with regulatory standards.
- Streamline year-end engagements and prepare tax returns for clients across a variety of industries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, and address their needs and suggestions promptly.
- Contribute to business development and identify opportunities with existing clients.
- Keep your team in the loop on progress and potential issues, fostering a collaborative environment.

Your Experience and Education
- You’re a CPA, or working toward your CPA designation, with at least 3 years of experience in external audit in the public accounting sector.
- You have a strong understanding of accounting standards and regulations.
- You are highly detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.
- You are proactive in seeking out professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- You have strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
