Qualifications

• Knowledge and passion for the social and digital world.
• Paid media experience is an asset.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and delivering revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client campaigns and align with internal teams on goals and requirements.
• Oversee multiple campaigns and liaise with the team to track progress.
• Identify new business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
• Develop growth roadmaps and opportunities for account growth.
• Support producers with managing client requirements, communications and budgets.
• Lead social media marketing and content creation with excellence.
• Ensure profitability for each deliverable or retainer.
• Provide strategic partnership input during annual planning with clients.
• Offer cross-client support and ensure the team delivers exceptional work.
• Provide senior management with performance and opportunities reports.
• Monitor team capacity and manage risk and schedules.
