Job summary

The role requires strong client leadership, commercial judgment, and the ability to manage diverse teams across strategy, creative, media, and production. You will own relationship management, strategic planning, and revenue growth with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in account management, client services, marketing or advertising.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing and the creative development process.
• Demonstrated financial and commercial awareness, including budgets and profitability.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop senior-level relationships across assigned client accounts.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic and creative work.
• Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and revenue.
• Monitor scope, budgets and profitability, escalating risks early.
• Coach and develop account team members and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Lead commercial conversations when requirements or timelines change.
