We are looking to have a full-time bilingual (French / English) Senior Account Manager, Real Estate Transactions join our team! Please note that this position requires an active Quebec Real Estate license and the position will involve working hybrid from a Montreal, QC office location.
SUMMARY
The Senior Account Manager, Real Estate Transactions is responsible for developing and executing real estate acquisition, renewal and disposition strategies for assigned portfolio of properties in accordance to the terms and conditions of the client master service agreement. The Senior Transaction Manager role is responsible forleading, directing and motivating team members assigned to the managed portfolio.
