Qualifications

• 5+ years experience preferably from an integrated agency background or client-side associate brand management.
• A keen eye for detail and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• A natural team player who is confident and articulate for day-to-day management of client, vendor & agency peer relationships.
• Experience managing CPG brands, including retail programs, packaging or shopper marketing.
• Experience managing digital and social campaigns is an asset.
• Ability to remain calm, collected and professional under times of stress or conflict.
• A solutions-oriented professional who proactively addresses concerns and issues head on with confidence.
• Have exemplary communication & organization skills.
• Ability to assemble and present client focused presentations including creative and strategy.
• Given the range of internal client relationship stakeholders the ability to coordinate multiple streams of feedback is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the planning and execution of client deliverables.
• Supervises the development of all client deliverables in accordance with clients' objectives and budget limitations.
• Consults with the media, social, creative and dev departments in the development of the agency's recommendation for the execution plan to be used and the creative approach to be taken.
• Consults with creative, media and strategy to ensure client objectives are understood and develop strategic solutions.
• Reviews creative and other agency work to ensure it reflects the strategy and objectives prior to submission.
• Oversees the flow of all work associated with assigned accounts.
• Maintains contact with appropriate client personnel to ensure continuing agency awareness of clients' desires and understanding of agency work.
• Informs Account Director of key developments with implications for client counterparts or agency management.
• Supervises direct reports in their responsibility for development of tasks required for client work.
• Stays alert for opportunities to increase client activity and billing, as well as obtaining new business from existing clients.
