Job summary

Valsoft Corporation seeks an experienced Account Director / Client Services & Delivery Lead to partner with key clients in a fast-moving agency setting. You will own executive relationships, guide multi-account delivery, and drive growth across SEO, paid media, web development, design, email, and CRM.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, and continuously improve internal workflows to ensure top-quality deliverables and client retention.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in digital marketing or creative agency.
• Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market client accounts.
• Experience leading cross-functional digital teams.
• Strong project and delivery management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Comfortable discussing SEO, Paid Media, Content Marketing, Web Development, Email Marketing and Analytics.
