Job summary

Drayden Insurance in Spruce Grove is seeking a Sr. Account Administrator to join our team.

You will provide administrative support to Personal and Commercial Line teams, ensure accurate processing, documentation and maintenance of client accounts, and back up the Branch Manager when needed. You will be the communications link between the branch and the Edmonton administrative team, supervise the Account Administrator group, and help drive efficiency and growth through scheduling, reporting, and

Qualifications

• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Experience in insurance or brokerage is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Motivation for personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide back up support to Personal Line and Commercial Line brokers in day-to-day tasks.
• Supervise the branch Account Administrator team.
• Develop and input employee schedules into HRIS and approve hours.
• Run and review reports.
• Process client deposits, disbursements and NSF's.
• Complete reconciliations of insurance billing and petty cash.
• Organize meetings and perform other duties as required.
