Qualifications

• 2 or more years in agriculture-related, feed manufacturing or supply chain preferred.
• General understanding of agriculture and livestock production industries preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; accounting software experience considered a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact for bulk and packaged orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate orders internally to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Use systems and data to anticipate order patterns and improve efficiency.
• Communicate delivery timelines proactively with customers and consultants.
• Support cross-functional teamwork and knowledge transfer across departments.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and quality initiatives and close customer feedback loops.
