Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Security Supervisor in Mississauga to lead on-site security guards and ensure smooth operations. You will supervise shifts, coordinate daily schedules, and uphold company security standards while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 3–5 years in security and team management, a valid Ontario security license, and WSIB first aid certification. Province-based training is provided by GardaWorld Academy.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid Ontario security license.
• WSIB approved first aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of on-site security guards.
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team.
• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions.
• Issue and manage access cards.
• Complete daily reports and incident reports.
• All other related duties as assigned.

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership skills
• 3-5 number of years of experience in security and team management
• Minimum high school diploma
• WSIB approved first aid certification
• Hold a valid Ontario security license
