Qualifications

• Alarm monitoring, dispatch and call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and technical aptitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of security operations and ACD systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to stay calm in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR and employee administration including leaves and onboarding.
• Coordinate scheduling, coverage, and overtime tracking.
• Maintain site SOPs and deployment planning.
• Coordinate site audits and equipment inventory.
• Ensure compliance and quality assurance through incident tracking and audits.
