• Alarm monitoring, dispatch, and call center experience.

Responsibilities

• HR & Employee Administration: manage leaves, verifications, resignations, onboarding/offboarding, certifications tracking, and file management.
• Scheduling & Operations Support: shift coverage, overtime, post orders, SOP maintenance, deployment planning, job board updates, site audits, equipment tracking.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: incident tracking, audits, claims tracking, training compliance.
