Job summary

Paladin Security is seeking experienced Security Guards for Full-Time Mobile Officer roles in Burnaby, BC. You will work 12-hour overnight shifts, patrol client sites, respond to alarms, and coordinate with the 24/7 Operations Centre.

The ideal candidate has strong observation skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently. Requirements include a Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean abstract, a valid BC Security License, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Class 5 BC Driver's License with clean Driver's Abstract.
• Valid BC Security License.
• One year experience in the security industry or related field is preferred.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour overnight shifts on a 4-day rotation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Physically capable of performing the required duties, including foot patrols and lifting up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Patrol client sites and respond to alarms.
• Complete lock-up / unlocks.
• Communicate regularly with our 24/7 Operations Centre.
• Work 12-hour shifts overnight on a 4-day rotation.

Mobile Driver - Security Guard(Paladin Security)

We are looking for experienced and reliable Security Guards for Full-Time Mobile Officer roles! In this position, you will work 12-hour shifts overnight, patrol client sites, respond to alarms, complete lock-up / unlocks, and communicate regularly with our 24/7 Operations Centre. Our ideal candidate has strong observation skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements:

• Class 5 BC Driver's License with clean Driver's Abstract
• Valid BC Security License
• One year experience in the security industry or related field is preferred
• Flexibility to work 12-hour overnight shifts on a 4-day rotation
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Superior time management, prioritization, and organization skills
• Ability to make quick decisions in emergency response situations with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and Android Operating System software
• Physically capable of performing the required duties, including completion of foot patrols up and down stairwells, and lifting up to 30lb (parking gates)
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
