Job summary

Purolator Inc. is seeking an Ops Coordinator Security Control Tower to lead security operations, monitor alarms, and coordinate incidents across a 24/7 network.

You will triage incidents, support investigations with video review, and collaborate with loss prevention and regional teams to improve service quality. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in security, knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems, and a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar security role.
• Knowledge of Multi Facility Security principles including CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Systems.
• Basic understanding of Transportation and movement of goods and related services.

Responsibilities

• Provide alarm monitoring and access control with video display and communication.
• Dispatch personnel and escalate incidents based on assessment.
• Perform intake, triage, and escalation for incidents reported to the center.
• Support investigations with video review and surveillance for theft, fraud, and health and safety matters.
• Create and maintain case reports and data-driven insights for customer experience.
• Work with Transportation management and GPS tracking to support operations.
• Participate in 24/7/365 rotational schedule.
