Allied Universal in Whitby, ON is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations and act as the primary liaison between client and management. You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling and training, and enforce post orders.

Responsibilities include patrols, CCTV and access control monitoring, incident response, and detailed incident reporting. Must hold a valid Ontario Security License, be 18+, and have 3+ years as a Security Supervisor managing 10+ employees; flexible

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in Canada.
• 3+ years as Security Supervisor managing 10+ employees.
• Experience in logistics or loss prevention preferred.
• Ability to operate in life-safety critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and liaise between client and management.
• Lead, coach, schedule, and train staff on post orders and procedures.
• Enforce access control protocols for staff, contractors, and visitors.
• Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and coordinate with services.
• Complete detailed incident reports and maintain logs.
