Job summary

Jobtailor in Canada seeks a client-focused financial professional to serve and grow a roster of members and clients, prospecting and developing long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients.
• Sell securities products and services through various distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices.
• Focus on discretionary management, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds and structured products.
• Handle special information requests from clients and promote and sell specialized products and services in accordance with business objectives and strategies.
• Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with organizational standards and procedures.
• Analyze member/client needs, develop and implement personalized solutions, and propose integrated service offers.
• Support current and potential members and clients, represent the organization, and help negotiate agreements with clients.
• Establish advisory relationships by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention.
• Advise members and clients on specialized products, services and solutions and ensure member/client satisfaction.
• Analyze and meet special client needs, handle requests and follow up as needed.
• Collect, compile and analyze data; prepare reports and recommendations.
• Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in the field.
