Job summary

Jobtailor in Valcourt, Quebec seeks a Financial Advisor for a caisse to build trusted relationships and tailor financial solutions for members and clients. You will assess needs, recommend investments, loans and insurance to help clients reach their goals and balance satisfaction with prudent risk management.

You will collaborate with partners, stay current on market trends, and participate in community outreach, aiming to strengthen the caisse’s financial wellbeing and client trust.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Two years of relevant experience minimum.

• Develop and maintain lasting business relationships with members and clients.
• Listen to members’ and clients’ needs and provide advice suited to their financial situation.
• Help members and clients choose appropriate solutions to meet their financial goals.

• Serve as a financing expert advisor and resource person for the caisse.
• Balance member/client satisfaction, business objectives, profitability and risk management.
• Work with partners and experts to design integrated strategies.
• Advise members and clients on the best strategies and identify expected results.
• Manage business relationships and assess member/client satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow up and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
