Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a client-focused professional to work closely with advisors and provide personalized support to members and clients. You will assist advisors, address immediate needs with investment, financing, and protection solutions, and help maintain strong business relationships while driving service quality.

Requirements include an Attestation of Collegial Studies, at least three years’ experience, and a Mutual Fund Representative Certificate.

Qualifications

• Attestation of Collegial Studies is required.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Mutual Fund Representative Certificate (Autorité des marchés financiers) required or equivalent.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Must be action‑oriented and able to communicate effectively.

Job description

• Work closely with advisors and provide personalized support to members and clients
• Help advisors deliver services and maintain business relationships
• Take charge of members' and clients' immediate needs by offering simple and rapid investment, financing and protection solutions aligned with the action plan
• Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality according to organizational standards and procedures
• Provide significant business development support
• Assist members and clients and provide excellent customer service
• Create offers for routine transactions
• Help sell products and services based on members' and clients' needs and current strategies and practices
