Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness is seeking Store Team Members in North Vancouver, BC, to deliver the Saje Experience to customers, guiding their wellness journeys with product demos and tailored recommendations. You’ll create meaningful experiences and contribute to a welcoming store culture.

You’ll educate customers on 100% natural wellness, build baskets to support healthy habits, and help drive sales while maintaining our standards of service and inclusion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Comfortable working in a scented environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to upsell and build product baskets.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Saje Experience with authentic customer engagement.
• Demonstrate products and educate on 100% natural wellness.
• Build baskets to support customers' wellness routines.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive store environment and meet KPIs.
