Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness in Windsor, Ontario is hiring a Store Team Member to engage customers with genuine warmth and help them discover 100% natural wellness products. You will demonstrate items, offer tailored recommendations, and build baskets that support healthy habits while delivering a memorable store experience.

You’ll contribute to revenue, traffic, and loyalty growth, while supporting merchandising and daily operations. A high school diploma and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in retail or service roles.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to educate customers.
• Proven upselling and basket-building capabilities.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and deliver the Saje experience with warmth and service.
• Educate customers on 100% natural wellness and product benefits.
• Demonstrate products and tailor recommendations to individual needs.
• Contribute to achieving store KPIs and loyalty program growth.
