Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support team member to provide client service and sales assistance through the contact centre during the holiday season. You will act as a positive brand ambassador, creating memorable client experiences while supporting sales and operational needs.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment, with previous retail or luxury hospitality experience preferred and authorization to work in Canada.

• Availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail or hospitality experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support sales operations including POS functions, boxing and wrapping, and replenishing gifting supplies.
• Assist with engraving station duties and maintain orderly hospitality and sales areas.
