Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Vancouver is seeking Seasonal Team Members to provide high-touch client service during the holiday season, supporting sales staff and enhancing the in-store experience. You will assist with hospitality, engraving, inventory and other operational needs to help ensure smooth store operations.

Ideal candidates have retail or luxury retail experience, strong communication and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Authorization to work in Canada is required.

• Welcome and assist clients, delivering an in-store experience.
• Improve client experience through hospitality and personalized service.
• Assist engraving station and manage floor waiting lists.
• Maintain hospitality areas, keeping them stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate potential service issues to management and support after-sales servicing.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and performing POS functions.
• Assist operations with policies, inventory counts and special projects as needed.

• Authorization to work in Canada.
