Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking Seasonal Sales Support to represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season in Montreal. You will assist clients, handle POS duties, and help maintain a welcoming store environment to drive service and sales.

Ideal candidates have retail or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This role supports the sales and operations teams and may involve non-traditional hours.

• Communicate potential service issues with management and assist with after-sales servicing.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions after purchases.
• Assist operations with policies, procedures, inventory tasks, and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in Canada.
