The Role:
We are seeking a part-time seasonal sales associate for our CF Markville location. Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada to enhance your customer service skills and gain valuable experience in the fashion industry. As a sales associate, you will ensure an outstanding guest experience and contribute to the success of our team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining fitting room upkeep.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and positively at the store level.
• Stay current on product and service updates.
• Engage with customers around culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble online store orders.

• Experience and knowledge in the fashion industry.
