The Role:
We are seeking a part-time seasonal sales associate for our Oshawa Centre location. Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada and enhance your customer service skills while gaining experience in the fashion industry. The sales associate is responsible for providing outstanding guest experiences and supporting the success of the team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishing stock, markdowns, and maintaining fitting rooms.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and promptly.
• Stay current on product and service updates.
• Engage with customers about culture, including fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble online store orders.
