The Role:
We are seeking a part-time seasonal sales associate for our Square One Mall location. The sales associate is responsible for providing outstanding guest service and supporting the success of the JD Sports team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining fitting room areas.
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and effective communication.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and positively at the store level.
• Stay informed about our products and services.
• Engage with customers on cultural aspects like fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble online orders efficiently.
