The Role:
We are seeking a part-time seasonal sales associate for our Fairview Mall location. Join our rapidly growing team at JD Sports Canada, where you will enhance your customer service skills and gain valuable experience in the fashion industry. The sales associate is responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences and supporting the success of the JD Sports team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and promptly at the store level.
• Stay current on product and service updates.
• Engage with customers in all aspects of culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble orders for the online store.

• Experience and knowledge in the fashion industry.
