The Role

We are seeking a part-time seasonal sales associate for our Pickering Town Centre location. Join our dynamic team at JD Sports Canada and enhance your customer service skills while gaining valuable experience in the fashion industry. As a sales associate, you will ensure an outstanding guest experience and contribute to the success of our store.

Duties/Responsibilities

1. Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining fitting room areas.
2. Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
3. Resolve customer issues effectively and positively in a timely manner.
4. Stay current on product and service updates.
5. Engage with customers on cultural aspects such as fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
6. Process and assemble online store orders.
