The Role:
We are seeking a part-time seasonal sales associate for our Scarborough Town Centre location. Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada and enhance your customer service skills while gaining experience in the fashion industry. The sales associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the success of the JD Sports team.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining fitting rooms.
2. Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
3. Resolve customer issues effectively and positively at the store level.
4. Stay informed about our products and services.
5. Engage with customers on aspects of culture such as fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
6. Process and assemble online store orders.
