Knix is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a warm, inclusive customer experience in-store. You will listen to customers, guide them to the right Knix products, and help them leave confident with the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, inclusive in-store experience for Knix customers.
• Actively listen to needs and guide customers to the right products.
• Aim for high KPI performance (AOV, CVR, UPT) and hit targets.
• Maintain product displays and stay knowledgeable on promotions.
• Handle customers with care, including challenging interactions.
• Support store operations and escalate issues to management when needed.
