Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and meet targets.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor with product selection and fit.
• Provide exceptional service to create an inclusive Knix experience.
• Support achieving daily sales targets and KPIs (AOV, CVR, UPT).
• Help maintain in-store presentation and setup.
