Qualifications

• Must have the legal right to work in Canada and be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift and handle packages up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, inclusive customer experience on the sales floor.
• Guide customers to the right Knix products for a perfect fit.
• Maintain high energy and contribute to a positive, customer-focused store.
• Support visual standards and general store operations on the floor.
• Escalate issues to the Manager on Duty as needed.
